12.1 Termination by f9999

f9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; the player has provided false identity information; or the continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to f9999.

Where an account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds, pending winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and deposits linked to fraudulent payment activity — may be forfeited in full. Legitimate deposited funds that cannot be directly linked to prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via the original payment method subject to verification.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
